Common Support Questions ❓
I lost my form links. Can you recover them?
Unfortunately, because we don't have user accounts, we can't verify ownership or recover links. This is actually a feature—it means we can't be pressured to share links either. Recommendation: Save your links in a password manager or secure location as soon as you create a form.
I want to delete my form and all responses. Can you do that?
Yes! Contact us with your request and the form ID, and we'll delete it. We take data deletion seriously and will remove everything we have on the form.
Is there an API or integration options?
Not yet, but we're considering it. Let us know if you need this! We prioritize based on user feedback, so feature requests really do matter.
Can I export my responses?
Direct export/download isn't available yet, but it's on our roadmap. For now, you can view all responses in your management panel and copy them manually. If you need bulk export, let us know!
How long do you keep form data?
Indefinitely, as long as FeedbackAnon exists. We don't have automatic data deletion. If you want your form removed, just ask us and we'll handle it within 48 hours.
I found a security issue. Should I tell you publicly?
No! Please email us directly at info@feedbackanon.com and describe the issue. We'll investigate immediately and work with you on a fix. Thank you for helping us stay secure.
